Bless you oh magnificent gentleman.

I can get my Feista to very close to it's average MPG within 5 miles, but that stretch of road has no lights or really heavy traffic unless the Interstate is plugged by an accident.

A thermostat that warms up the engine quickly might make a difference, but only if the present one is "lazy' about closing and opening quickly.

I pulse and coast immediately after climbing my driveway, 3 times in .3 miles to get out of our neighborhood. Probably another 10 times before I reach 5 miles.
