Sailboat windows use Lexan / polycarbonate and Plexi in their windows so inspiration could be had directly from their design.
One way is to sandwich the lexan with a frame around it but that is not the prettiest.
The more pleasing to the eye method ( IMO) is when they use a rubber gasket to pressure fit the glass in place, the rubber gasket material is a common item.
