Drivetrain side mods on most cars get you way more mpg than reducing the amount of energy it takes to move the car around. The PS delete will show noticable improvement whereas aero will be harder to detect. Of course with something really easy and basically free like a grill block go ahead.

Also don't even bother with 50 bucks for a new one, like I said go on Spyderchat or Lotustalk or something and find someone who blew their motor. ZZ motors have oiling problems and a lot of them die from oil starvation (2ZZ mainly), and heavy oil consumption from stuck rings (1ZZ mainly) which leads to oil starvation. Someone on Spyderchat is parting out a car with bent valves right now, doesn't hurt to ask for the idler pulley. I can't imagine they'd want more than 30 bucks for it.
Where would I mount it on the Corolla even if I did get it?

Oh also, I will be doing a grill block very soon. Especially since I have my UG and can watch engine temps more closely now.
