I know only one thing about HHO from personal experience.

My chemistry teacher wanted to show the explosiveness of the mixed hydrogen and oxygen gas, generated by electrodes in water. The test prescribed catching it in a small beaker and lighting it with a glowing copper rod. He thought using a beaker was dangerous and used a reaction tube instead. It whistled when lit.
We were not impressed.

Next class he tried another approach: he put the electrodes in a bowl of soapy water and waited until it had a layer of foam on top of it. HHO foam. About 1000 CC of it.
He lit that with the glowing copper rod. It did gave a bang.
We were impressed.
So were at least 5 other teachers from classes nearby, who came in to investigate.
So were even some people in the street some 50 yards away. The windows did not shatter, but did shake violently.

If you store more HHO than a few matchsticks worth, then you effectively have a bomb on hand.

For confirmation go to people just like you.
For education go to people unlike yourself.
