We had these left over from when the 88 CRX had steel wheels. They had a ring of spring steel "claws" on the back to fit the steel wheel like a regular hub cap. I grabbed the spring steel part with vice grips and was able to separate the claw part off by hitting the vise grips with a mallet. I know we got them on line but can't remember were. Search for "moon eyes" wheel covers.
