Looks good and yes I minor scrape you should be fine, but a decent rock or a curb and your gona tare your bumper off I'd either replace the bolts with zip ties or go from 12 down to 4 if it won't sag
I wouldn't use gorilla glue it's designed for wood I'd use a clear silicone to hold and waterproof it
I like the wheel cover should help even with the zip ties I'd assume. You might melt the zip ties tho being so close to the brakes.
