It seems like asking who they are ends the call pretty quick. I just hang up on the occasion I get them. What is the frequency?
If you press harassment charges, then the PD can get a subpoena to get the number from the company, and then go from there. Start filing police reports. Tedious, but if you are serious about getting it done, then that's a clear cut way to do it. Only issue will be if they are out of state, by phone it is federal. A subpoena and some calls from a PD may be enough to stop Rachel.
