If you're on the do not call list then do this if there is a person on the line get the company name and a phone number (you might have to talk for a minute or two if you don't have caller id then politely inform them you are going to report them for calling you because you are on the do not call list and hang up. You can report them at the do not call website I think. If it's a robocall those are all illegal regardless of wether you're on the list. Try to get an operator and do the same thing.
