Suspect the oil filter too. It is on the back of the engine. If it is not tight enough, if the gasket did not seal well because of... something, the oil will leak down the back of the engine. I solved an oil leak by removing the filter during a change and replacing it. Always run a little oil around the gasket with your finger before installing the filter.
