I doubt it's the transmission fluid as it's fine during braking. When I have to stop fully I coast down as far as I can then brake slowly down to about 5 mph leaving about 1 car length or slightly more between me and the car in front/line on the road and let the car crawl/coast to a stop so if the fluid sloshed forward it would stall before I even came to a stop. Also braking hard doesn't have an effect on if the problem occurs or not at this point it's only occurring randomly. It's also not immediately when the car stops that the engine dies it's usually after ~5 seconds that it dies.
