Different cars react differently to kill switching. My old honda del sol, i kill switched the ignition ground.

However, on the Sti...the ignition ground also merges with other sensors and components, therefore, killing the ignition made my dash board light up like a christmas tree. After some experimentation, i resorted to the crankshaft position sensor kill switch.


You'll just have to experiment! But i'll take a look at your service manual to see if i can find any possible solutions.
