Well fellas, every time when I put gas into my vehicle I fill it to where there are no bubbles. I am topped off to where I can see the gas right there and sometimes it spills out it is so full. I then take the miles that I've driven be it a 100+ miles of city driving, and then divide the gas used by the miles driven. I have the proper sized tires on my vehicles and it's checked also by my GARMIN. I don't have a SCAN gauge yes, because my vehicles are too old for that. That is how I come up with my mileage claims.
