I doubt that dumping fuel on the ground will earn you much support here. Evaporative emissions control systems can be destroyed by overfilling and you are not allowing for any expansion of the fuel in hot ambient temperatures.

More reasons to seriously question credibility.

I never fill my bike unless I am going to ride far enough to use enough fuel to keep the engine heat from forcing fuel vapor out of the tank where I can smell it in my garage. I also use a fan to cool off the bike to keep the residual heat from the engine from heating the fuel tank and creating unwanted fuel vapor.
