Aerodynamic help 2000 Ford Mustang

I bought this car the way it was at 60k miles on it, everything you see was included with the car, I made no modifications. Now my question is what do I do to make this car more aerodynamcally suited if it isn't already, which I doubt it's very aerodynamic at all. I was thinking of filling in the grille and somehow putting on wheel skirts, anyone have suggestions of what type of material to use? SHould I remove the stock wing, and if I do so would I cause rust to happen, I really don't want holes in my car.

I want more MPG anyway I possibly can get them, I do practice good driving techniques and I accelerate slowly and i do not drive past 55MPH. I get about 20MPG now, is there any way to increase this further, I think I am getting the most I can out of it now by drivng slower and coasting.
