The Mirage comes stock with some very good LRR (low rolling resistance) tires. If you end up replacing them, you'll likely see a drop in fuel economy. The trade off with the Dunlop Enasaves (your stock tire) is that they are a bit squishy, and not the best for more aggressive handling.
If you get a roof rack, I'd highly recommend only installing it when needed. It will mess up your aerodynamics and also cause a drop in fuel economy.
