Well here is what the bottle says.

I would like to note, my car shifts so much smoother now that I changed it. And on the drive home from work about 45 mins ago, it wasn't grinding going into 3rd. Hell, it may not even be grinding in the first place, I don't even know what a proper grind feels like LOL. Oh problems of owning my first manual.
