Picked this up at a garage sale-flea market sponsored by a Catholic church-day care center. I saw the signs passing through on my way to another sale that was a waste of time.

It must have been kept in doors, just sitting for decades, but fortunately everything cleaned up very nice. Even the chain was not rusty. Another one where the chrome was salvageable without pitting.

Even the tires (Specialist replacements) have held air for 24 hours at 50 PSI. Chicago made boys Schwinns are hard to find. It was $150 new. Pop bought me one when I was 13 and paid $75 for it in 1963, which was equal to over $500 today as silver coins of the same age are worth 14 times face value.

Cost me $10.
