Will GreatFoam glue to itself to form a solid piece, or would it break off in the layers?

I think many of us have big ideas for GreatStuff but are intimidated by all these 'rules'
problem is, two inches expands to four to six inches, creates voids if not careful and the wands can only be used once. i've used it but not on a car. if your molds are thin material, it will push and deform it.
i will try two part next myself.
