Well I don't know what to tell y'all. There's no sign of a switch for the fan on the back of the block next to the oil pressure switch, like all the diagrams would have me believe. Someone cut 2 wires off the factory harness at the back of the block that when wired together keep the fan on full time. I don't know what version of the 1.5 my car has, I just know it is a Canadian model '90 CX, which would be equal to a US model STD. So I am guessing it's whatever the most basic model 1.5 you could get was. I am also guessing that the wires were cut at some point because someone else got confused by this whole deal and wired in a switch when they couldn't figure out what was broken. I can't say I blame them.
