Well, it's funny how things work out.
I had been looking for either a more modern gasser or a diesel.
Ended up getting a gmc 3500 10 foot box van (like the uhauls but not from uhaul, fleet maintained tho). It has single rear wheels which is nice too.
for cheap with a lot of stuff replaced. It's not diesel, but I had to get it cuz it was so cheap.
Now I just have to figure out aero mods. Probably won't be able to do too many before the tour, but a few for sure. Maybe a coroplast ramp from the windshield to the box,
And a front air dam below the bumper....
