Cylinder #2 = 160
Cylinder #1 = 165

I'm not sure if this warrants concern or if it's ok, but a 11.2% variation from highest to lowest is worrysome, as I have read that 15% is when the CEL will kick on for a mis-fire.
At a 9.4:1 compression ratio I think you should see about 200 on your test, ideally. I've seen people not complaining about 180+ much. Adjusting valve clearance, I read, by increasing it--perhaps to max spec.--can help with compression. Did you check clearance on #1?

My minimum fuel economy goal is 55 mpg while averaging posted speed limits. I generally top 60 mpg. See also my Honda manual transmission specs thread.
