= With a bicycle you are both the turtle and the rider! And with a recumbent you'll be lower and more aero. It is still ecomodding just that the vehicles are smaller (bike) and possibly larger but more economical (train) and the engine is biological (Tyler) and the fuel tastes good (___ _____) , not to mention health benefits.
