Turtle With a bicycle you are both the turtle and the rider.

I second that motion, (or third, fourth, or however many votes have been cast so far)

= With a bicycle you are both the turtle and the rider! And with a recumbent you'll be lower and more aero. It is still ecomodding just that the vehicles are smaller (bike) and possibly larger but more economical (train) and the engine is biological (Tyler) and the fuel tastes good (___ _____) , not to mention health benefits.

Not just taking it off the road- I plan on selling it altogether. I know if I keep it around I'll be too tempted to play with it, and plus it has a weird rainwater leak that I've yet to fully seal.

Yes, the money can go towards student loans and when those are paid off, to investments. Immediately though, my girlfriend has been asking me for Wi-Fi in the apartment...

I will try to get some photos together and post a thread on the bent.

If anyone wants a good set of LRR Yokohama Avid Ascends on 15" 4x100 wheels make me an offer! Same with the 15" blizzaks.

Sorry for this huge font. For some reason my phone does that.

Arcosine,
Are you asking the girl-friend's name, the velo's name, or assuming both are one and the same

Either way congrats, Sven, on the girl-friend.

2 weekends a year is definitely not a good reason to own a car. In the future I will be driving my Mustang only for autocross and for snow driving ( it is still the best I have driven). The autocross will be hopefully 6 to 8 events in the summer. I will be only having liability on it at some point.

Good luck and I hope the winter allows you to continue biking.

The girlfriend actually is not into bikes in the least, but at least she's hands-off so it's not an uphill battle. With a few more months of Forza maybe I can persuade her to accompany me to a rally race.

When trying to look at it as a casual observer, the white on the rear windows kind of looks like busted-window-just-replaced-with-cardboard. Is that the plasti-dip "tint" job you were talking about a while back? If so, it might be more attractive to parts / whole car buyers with the tint removed.

I'll be sad to see Ren go, but am excited to follow the two wheel thread.
