My wife's first car in 1979 was a punch buggy, and she's had several manual shifts since then, including a Jeep Cherokee she absolutely loved.
She's a little intimidated by all the dash displays on the Turtle, but she's coming around. For now she's content to sit in the AC while I drive, I think she's just relieved we're not carpooling in the Black Widow any more!
