When I got my car inspected in May they did a "Warranty replacement" of the upper control arm kit and a rear allignment on the car at the same time I purchased the new tires. I would say this is a valid claim, I was very consistent about having my tires rotated every oil change just to find out the treat was unsafe at 18k miles. I would say the combination of an extremely soft compound stock tire with the rear camber issue was a driving factor in the speedy tire wear on my '07 civic.

Also, these tires were the root cause of a weather related accident this past winter with my civic. I have been driving 6 years with various cars, tires, tire wear and much more extreme weather conditions and never had a problem like I did this past winter with the civic + stock tires.
