The past few weeks, I've been toying with the idea of picking up a cheap early Miata and turning it into an SCCA Prepared car with a built NA motor, stripped interior, aerodynamic modifications, the works. Wouldn't be outrageously expensive, and I think it would be a blast to drive and compete with.
