So, I was able to find the oil leak... its coming from the head gasket area.
I'm going to double check my head bolt torques, and if thats good I'll probably remove the head again, double check flatnesses and throw a new gasket on. The one that is on there now is from the first time I reinstalled the head and torqued it down to find the stuck valve.
