Do you have a Factory Service Manual or at least a copy of Honda's wiring diagram for your car?

I'd bet your Insight is like my Civic and this fuse tap won't work. Honda likes to use switched grounds and the fuse will interrupt power to several different components in my Civic, including the immobilizer. On the 7th gen Civics you need to interrupt the yellow/black wire that provides power to the injectors (and a few other engine related sensors).
