I hate trying to diagnose car problems on the internet. Fyi, ive never used a pressure tester before.
Have you replaced your pressure cap?
Here's an idea, pump it up to 16psi and let it drop on its own. Do this about a dozen times then try and start the car. If it wont turn over from being hydro-locked you know you have a bad headgasket
