I hate trying to diagnose car problems on the internet. Fyi, ive never used a pressure tester before.
Have you replaced your pressure cap?
Here's an idea, pump it up to 16psi and let it drop on its own. Do this about a dozen times then try and start the car. If it wont turn over from being hydro-locked you know you have a bad headgasket

ScottyKilmer.com recommended Real Steel for head gasket leaks. I may have lost all respect for him right there, the Hugh Jackman movie might be better for your car than some weird product, but he pointed out that there were not any dissolved solids, so it should not clog anything. I also like Eric the Car Guy, but find Scotty to be slightly annoying. Here Eric shows parts after someone uses Stop Leak and it messed up everything:

Any "stop leak" type crap you pour in the radiator will plug up a lot of things you don't want to even think about replacing.

If it's loosing pressure cold, the you tell me where that pressure is going in a sealed system. I've already told you where I think it is going and that you will not be absolutely certain until you visually inspect the head gasket.
I can smell the coolant from a leaking head gaskt following the car on the highway, smells kind of sweet.

Alright I have one more question. Do you know which way the fans are supposed to be blowing air through the radiator? My dad thought of this and won't stop telling me to ask you. In my car, it's blowing air through the radiator (and the condenser fan blows the same way) out twords the front of the car. Like so.

Thats backwards.
LOLOLOLOLOL
No wonder its overheating, the fans come on and effectively stop all air from flowing through the radiator. And when stopped, its blowing hot air from the engine over the radiator.
Thats a first for me, never seen this before.
Im not familiar with the insight, I know its a special car so maybe it was designed this way?

Yea the guys over at insight forums just told me the same thing, it is wired backwards. How do I fix this? What wires do I have to change?
[Edit]: No this is not how it's designed, the fans are running backwards haha... Wow...

There is probably a plug that is backwards. You can see more than we can. Go switch it around.

Push fan in front of radiator pull fan behind radiator. The fans running backwards could actually be the problem, reverse the connections, if there are only two wires.

More genius "mechanics". I may have seen that once but can't remember.
I'll bet that is the problem.

No fan was ever designed to create air flow in the opposite direction of the natural air flow when the car is moving. I think you actually fixed it when you get them to pull air into the engine compartment. Had I know that to begin with we could have kept this thread to a few posts.
