I don't use EOC because my Scion xA automatic can't be flat towed and the manual says don't go neutral with all 4 on the road.
2006 Scion xA 1.5L
automatic
best tank = 43mpg (no EOC)
modifications: upper grille block, fog lights blocked, antenna removed, no A/C used, windows up (HOT!!!!), tires @ 40psi
