In Va a vehicle that is stolen goes through a salvage auction if it is not recovered in 30 days, could not have a scratch. Most car theives who are remotely successful drive very very carefully so they don't draw any attention. then when they draw attention and run, the car is the least of their worries.
Repos are usually trashed, or neglected or both. Is that not the case with the truck in this thread, both trashed and neglected.
