As far as I'm concerned unless these tires fall apart I'm tickled. The car coasts noticibly longer to the same speed. Noise is almost nonexistant compared to the tires on the car (ancient). I have no problem with the handling and they even handle some nasty railroad crossings without problems. The car actually shifts into overdrive about 2 MPH slower than the other tires.
I would recommend them and if they hold up to 40k, the car will have 217k miles, and I would buy another set now. They may not work for you if you drive really agressively but for me that is not an issue.
