I found a nice solution for the grill block. I stole the idea from the web. I searched for grill block. And i saw a picture of a prius using tube isolation to block the grill. So i used the same.

If u dont know annything about the grill block. You probably wont even recognice it

And it sits pritty flush with the surface.

I watched the temps. Max temp on slow driving. When fully warmd up. Is not higher then normal 88 -89 degrees celcius. Temps on long highway driving (40km) drafting a big rig, is not higher then normal. Outside temp is 21 degrees celcius. Intake air temp was only a 1 degree celcius higher then normal.

And another nice thing: faster warm up. Normally after 12km temps is at 70 degree celcius (temp with needle on dash at the good temperature). Now it was after 5 a 6km

Best thing yet. Cost me about 1,5 € (2$)
