Oh yeah, it'll actually pay for itself the instant I sell the Sunfire. I'll be selling the Sunfire for the same or a bit more than the price I bought the Metro for. The Metro really was a want, not a need. I just didn't like driving the Sunfire with its auto transmission. If it would have been manual, I probably would have kept it. The extra mileage is just icing on the cake. It'll probably save me ~$400 a year in gas if I had to guess. Insurance is quite probably lower too.
