My thoughts were to use the factory vents in the quarters? They might not be enough though? The vents measure 2" x 6 1/2" ea.

The street /race engine and turbo set that I'm running now will flow
61 lbs/min.

My full race engine with the bigger turbo setup will flow around 95 lbs/min.
I don't do much in lbs/min. Do you know what that is in cfm? I'm to lazy to look it up, I'm just stopping to eat for a minute.

Those vents will flow about 3000cfm combined. Which should be plenty to feed most turbo's (excluding something like twin 98's) unless the vents won't move as much air as they are supposed to because of aero considerations.

As far as venting goes I was thinking that if you open up and exhaust somewhere you will actually move air through that compartment opposed to just letting it fill. This will do a couple of things for you. It will keep temps in the compartment down, it will actually move more air into the vents because you are creating a low pressure zone on the back side of them and it will reduce drag.
