A reasonable test case might be an air-bagged vehicle (with some instantaneous mileage read-out). In a single pass down a straight, level road with constant wind conditions, one could vary ride height and angle of attack, repeatedly. The readout wouldn't even have to be precise so long as it be consistent.

Instead of an A-B test it would be a-b-a-b-a-b-a-b-..... But it might require laser range finders or something to measure the ride height on the fly.
