As mentioned the easiest 2 are wheels and battery. Battery is straightforward. With wheels you would have to take your stock wheels off and see how much they weigh. Generally OEM wheels are a little heavier and stronger than some of the lightweight wheels you'll find. If you're able to sell the OEM wheels off, you can replace your wheels for maybe 400 bucks using Enkei or Kosei ones, and you could drop another 20 pounds (depending on how big the stock wheels were). If the stock wheels were steel you might be able to lose quite a bit.
