Hi ECONORAM, I got the stainless steel 1/4" 20 X 1 1/4" drill screws and 1/4" fender washers at Fastenal. They actually are attaching the belly pan to a 1/8" X 2" aluminum frame under the car. The side skirt is attached to the side of the belly pan with 2"X2" .090 inch aluminum 90 degree angles.
The 2800 rpm at 60 MPH is for Johnlvs2run's 99 Civic EX. My 92 Civic VX doses about 1600 RPM at 60 MPH.
