You can make a quick and dirty english wheel with two rubber-foot cart wheels of different sizes and a vice, if you need to in the future.

Open up the vice and remove the anti-skid faces [or drill/tap two holes in each face - comes in handy later] and your wheels will already have hangers on them, just bolt the hangers to the vice faces and tighten the contraption on your piece of metal, then begin rolling and tightening as necessary.
