Heres two cars. My brother said never to buy cheap cars in TN because of the lack inspections and emissions many cars will be too expensive. Its because cars that are a total POS can still be legally driven as is. Thats why many cars have straight pipe exhaust as well. And don't take a craigslist price as firm until they say it is.
