So, as with other load-sensitive engine efficiency modes (like lean burn or cylinder deactivation), modifying the car to reduce rolling & aero drag expands the eco-cam "window of operation" and overall fuel economy: LRR tires, tire pressure and aero mods for example.
More than it would with "normal" engines.
