The side skirts are Coroplast. The splitter is the top of an extra bumper cover. The tire deflectors are baler belting. The wheel covers are plastic serving trays. The grill block is cut from a pickup truck bed liner.

I started looking for a different tire deflector material after I hit my left one on a curb yesterday.
The carnage wasn't total, but it did tear things up a bit. I'll have to get some of the baler belting. I like the fact it's stiff yet flexible. Might also have to try that for side skirt material.
[edit] took a picture of the fairing. Yellow line is the part that broke off. Red circle is a metal screw that it pulled away from. The fairing also twisted about 90* after I hit the curb, and then backed away. Fortunately, I was able to turn it back and retighten the attach bolt.
As I was musing on this today, it occurred to me I could get some rubber wall border and use that as the bottom 3" which would keep the bottom flexible while still deflecting airflow around the tires...
