I'm thinking Deco-Citroen is an aero disaster, even if it were finished. Small frontal area tho'.

I suppose I should say why. Leading edges of greenhouse quite square and/or lumpy. Aft body appears to taper in too quickly, although I wouldn't want to try to predict the interaction between that area and the rear fenders. Open front wheels must lead to a dirty wake for a long way aft. Lots of flow hitting underhood obstructions and firewall. Hooky body surfaces that curve down.
