sealing concrete like a boss

I am helping my new boss set up his bakery. We have been trying to seal the concrete seams. The line going vertically, if I can get this to post from my phone, is $21 minute sealer, which sealed faster than we could work, but would be okay if we had more time, just expensive. The lateral line is $7 sealer that takes an hour or two to start sealing, and that is just too much time for something to go wrong.

Do any of you have experience with this?
