If you don't make a "reasonable" attempt to contact the owner and move the car without consent of the property owner where it is located or the last person who held title to the car, you could be in a bad legal situation.
In the stricktest legal definition, without notification, HOW WOULD YOU REACT to your car disappearing.
With the accident and repair history on the car you could run into serious problems trying to get it roadworthy.
