Even if there is, you'll need to adapt it to the plug I put on my charger. Installation is easy enough (IMO) that you're probably best off just using the harness I provided.

EDIT: When you run the harness out of the battery box, I suggest wrapping electrical tape around the wires a few times to prevent chafing.
