It would be a ton more work, but really nice if you put access doors on the side between the trailer and bed, so the airflow has something to flow on. Forgive me if I forgot that you've already done this. 
P.S. I didn't chime in yet... I think you should paint the whole thing black, put a big ecomodder sticker on the back from one taillight to the other and a smaller one on each side with a qr code right next to it in case you have somebody who actually cares about qr codes. |
Yes, I have clear gap side covers that you should be able to see in the first two piccies.
I'm in the process of rebuilding the upper gap cover that goes between the aero cap and the top of the trailer. This will be built from 1x2 strips and acrylic sheeting. I will make a mock up from Foamular since I have a lot of scrap left over.
