A four door trike would need more power than a 50cc scooter usually produces. If the front seat is a single then one door is needed. The Deltawing is at least a proven concept and people have been building custom motorcycle trikes for some time. So a body kit and axle for a cruiser is a viable project if you have the time and money. For a HPV a tandem frame and trike rear assembly could work.
