Yeah, they should be more level. You might still have some cells that are lower than others, if voltage is still rising, but they should all be much closer now.

I vote to let it rest for a day before running it down.

EDIT: I dunno if max voltage is a good indicator of a battery's capacity, but if it is and you're peaking 2-4v higher than mine, you'll probably be good for a solid 5+ minutes of full assist before running it down, once it's balanced.
